You just need a reasonably recent Linux web server running Apache + PHP, and a MySQL database.

In detail...

• Linux/Apache web server.
  
• PHP => 4.3 with GD image libraries installed.
• MySQL (set up with a blank database for which you know the username and password).
• FTP access for uploading the CMS.
• 1.8MB of free space for the CMS, plus as much space as you require to store all the pages and images you create.
